All custom design and personalization orders are final sale. By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any designs or artwork you submit for customization. However, you grant us a license to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We retain all rights to our original designs, templates, and branding.

You are responsible for ensuring all customization details (text, images, colors, sizes) are correct before finalizing your order. We will produce items exactly as specified in your approved order.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is required at the time of order placement.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.

CK Design & Customization shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
