Custom Design Products

Due to the personalized nature of our Design Your Own products, all sales are final once production begins. Please review your design carefully before submitting your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Order Changes

Changes to your order can only be made before production begins. A $15 revision fee applies to design changes after initial approval.
